Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon minced garlic

8 chicken legs thigh and drumstick attached

6 tablespoons dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic in wide shallow bowl. Mix well. Trim excess fat off chicken. With pastry brush paint the mustard on chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Coat legs with breadcrumb mixture. Place single layer on baking sheet. Bake 50-55 minutes.
