Ingredients

2 1/4 cups Quick cooking oats (uncooked) or 2 3/4 cups old fashioned oats

2/3 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup raisins or craisins

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

3 1/3 cups skim milk

4 egg whites-lightly beaten

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. vanilla

yogurt

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Grease 8 in. glass baking dish
  3. In large bowl, combine oats, sugar, raisins, cinnamon, salt; mix well
  4. In medium bowl, combine milk, egg whites, oil and vanilla; mix well; add to dry ingredients, mix until well blended. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake 55-60 Minutes or until center is set and firm to touch. Cool slightly.
  6. Serve topped with milk or yogurt.
