Ingredients

3 c oatmeal

3/4 c brown sugar

1/2 c margarine

2 eggs

2 c milk

2 ts baking powder

1 ts salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13x9 buttered pan. Bake at 375ø for 25 minutes. I like to add dried fruits and nuts and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually. My guests enjoy this very much and one stated “it’s like a large baked oatmeal cookie for breakfast”.
