Ingredients
Combine:
5 cups regular oats
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 TBS + 1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
1/4 cup flax seed flour (optional)
Combine:
2 cups milk
1 cup oil
4 eggs
Other optional items:
chopped prunes
ripe bananans
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in mixer with paddle. Mix oil, milk, and eggs seperatly. Mix all together. Spray PAM in pan. Pour into 10" x 15" pan or use large muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until firm to the touch and golden brown.
