Ingredients
3 Cups Oats
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla
4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 cup dried cranberries, blueberries or raisins
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix the Wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the wet and the dry ingredients and add blueberries. Spread in a 9x9 inch pan that’s been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 20-30 min. Serve it as-is or top it with some sort of milk.
Note: One option is to leave out the sugar and sprinkle it (or artificial sweetener) on afterwards. I’ve left it in for the nurtitional information calculation.
