1 egg, lightly beaten

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

3/4 tsp garlic salt

1 1/4 pound Yukon gold or russet potatoes (about 3 medium) cut into wedges

PREHEAT oven to 425 COMBINE egg white, cheese and garlic salt ADD to potatoes TOSS to coat SPREAD onto greased baking sheet BAKE 45 - 50 minutes until tender
