Ingredients
1 large can crushed pineapple in juice (not drained)
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
2 TB flour
3/4 stick butter
4-6 slices bread cut in cubes (I use Pepperidge Farm or Arnold White)
Preparation
Melt butter Toss bread cubes with melted butter Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, and pineapple In a greased pan, pour pineapple mix over half of the bread cubes Put the remaining bread cubes on top Bake 30-40 minutes @ 350 degrees. Let set a few minutes before serving.
