Ingredients
4 center cut pork chops
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. hot water
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well. Fry chops until browned. Place in a baking dish. Put small slice of onions on top of each chop. Pour over sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
