Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
1/2 tsp ground dried sage
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch cayenne
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 pork cutlets
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with oil. Combine crumbs, sage, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper in shallow dish and mix well. Place mayonnaise in a bowl. Evenly coat each pork cutlet with a thin layer of mayonnaise, and then place it in crumb mixture. Coat on all sides, gently pressing on the crumbs to help them adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 min., then flip cutlets and bake another 5 to 7 min.
