Ingredients
1 Pork Roast big enough to feed your family
Sage
Salt & Pepper
Several potatos
1 medium package baby carrots
1/2 medium size white onion
Preparation
Generously rub the pork roast with sage, salt, and pepper. Brown all sides of pork roast in pan of oil Bake pork roast in 1/4 inch of water for one hour @ 350. Chop potatos and slice onion into large petals. Add vegetables to baking dish, bake for another hour and half (varies with size of roast)
