Ingredients

6-7 potatoes (any kind u like)

milk

butter

salt & pepper to taste

4 or 5 slices of salami or bacon

8 oz of mozzarella cheese

TOPPING:

1 cup bread crump

1/3 cup grated italian cheese

salt & pepper

4 tabs of butter

Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes, drain. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash together, then add salami and mozzarella cheese and mix. Place in a baking dish. Make the topping. Sprinkle it over the potatoes and place the tabs of butter on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top browns a little.
