Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked rice

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups scolded milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

nutmeg to taste

Preparation

  1. Place rice in a greased baking dish.
  2. Beat eggs until light, add sugar & salt, and blend.
  3. Add milk & vanilla, and blend.
  4. Pour over rice and mix.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg in desired amount over mixture in baking dish.
  6. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
