Ingredients
0.5 cup oil
0.5 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups coconut milk
3/4 bag (800g) sticky rice flour
walnuts or pecan halves
0.5 package red bean paste
Preparation
mix the first 6 ingredients well, pour half into an 8 inch square baking dish. spread a layer of red bean paste on top of the mixture, then spread on some waluts. Pour the rest of the mixture on top, add walnuts on top at last.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until a tooth pick runs clear.
Can eat either warm or refrigerated.
