Ingredients
2 lb. round steak
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 C. sliced mushrooms, or sm. can
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
Spread butter on steak. Sprinkle with mushrooms and dry soup mix. Wrap in double foil and bake at 350 degrees for two hours.
