Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs salmon
2 Tbl fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 large cloves of garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/8 cup olive oil
2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking dish with foil and place salmon on it In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and brush onto salmon. Bake 12-15 minutes
