Ingredients

3/4 pound of rotini

large jar of thick tomato sauce [any kind, my favorite is Ragu]

16 oz sharp cheddar cheese [my favorite is Cracker Barrel]

Preparation

boil rotini per package instructions and drain in collander

spray pam on lasagna baking dish

combine cooked rotini, tomato sauce and shredded cheddar cheese, mix well

cover top of casserole dish with cheese

bake at 400 degrees in oven for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling
