Ingredients
1/2 lb shelled, cooked shrimp
1 large brick of cream cheese, softened
1 T worchester sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
Preparation
- Chop shrimp into medium dice
- Beat softened cream cheese with worchester and hot sauces, and old bay seasoning until blended
- Add chopped shrimp and blend
- Place into a small baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covering with aluminum foil last 10 minutes.
- Serve with crakers, crudites or crustini
