Ingredients
l pound of ground sirlion
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of mushrooms
1 can of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of cut green pepper
1/2 cup of cut onion
8 to 10 ounces of spagetti
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
Pam or similar spray
Preparation
Place cut pepper and onion in bowl and soak in hot water Place ground sirloin in pan sprayed with non-stick Pam Cook over medium heat until meat is brown Add tomato sauce Add can of mushrooms Add mushroom soup Add salt and black pepper Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat stirring frequently Drain hot water from peppers and onions Add peppers and onions to meat mixture Cook an additional five minutes While cooking meat mixture cook spagetti noddles with butter or margarine until done by package directions Drain noddles throughly and place in glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam Pour meat mixture on top of spagetti noddles and mix throughly Cover dish with aluminum foil Place dish in oven and bake for 35 minutes Remove foil and serve hot
