Ingredients

1/2 lb spaghetti cooked according to package directions

2 large eggs

1 15-oz container of part skim ricotta cheese

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)

Preparation

  1. preheat over to 350 degrees. grease 9in glass pie plate.

  2. beat egges and stir in ricotta and 3/4 cup parmesan

  3. add spaghetti to mixture then put in pie plate

  4. top with marinara and sprinkle w parmesan and mozarella

  5. bake 25 minutes then let stand for 10 minutes
