Ingredients
1/2 C olive oil
2 TBL cajun or creole seasoning
2 TBL lemon juice
2 tbl fresh cilantro (opt)
1 TBL honey
1 TBL soy sauce
Pinch cayenne
1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled
Preparation
Preheat 450- Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl- pour into plastic bag, add shrimp toss to coat- refrigerate for 1 hour shaking bag occasionally- bake for 10 min or grill- turn once during cooking-
