Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp (larger ones, 12-15 count)

1 pound crab meat

2 slices fresh bread, crust removed, cubed

2 tablespoons mayo

1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 small onion minced

1/2 green pepper finely chopped

1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Shell uncooked shrimp, leaving tails on. Split shrimp down the back and spread apart butterfly fashion. Combine crab meat, bread cubes, mayo, pepper sauce, worcestershire, mustard and slat. Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons melted butter until soft and add to crab meat mixture. Stuff shrimp with crab mixture.

Place shrimp tail side up on greased shallow baking dish. Brush with remaining butter and bake about 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
