Ingredients
3 dz fresh shrimp
1 pkg Ritz crackers
1/4 lb crabmeat
1 1/4 stick butter
Sherry
lemon juice
Preparation
Peel and clean shrimp. Make stuffing by melting 1 stick butter and add sherry to taste. Crush crackers and add crabmeat. Pour butter mixture over crackers and mix well. Place a teaspoon stuffing on each shrimp and lay on butter baking dish. Melt remaining 1/4 stick of butter and add lemon juice. Sprinkle on top of shrimp. Bake 20 at 350
Serve with lemon, butter, white wine sauce.
