Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp (larger ones, 12 to 15 count)

1 pound crab meat

2 slices fresh bread, crust removed, cubed

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce

1 teaspoon woresctershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 small onion, minced

1/2 green pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Shell uncooked shrimp, leaving tails on. Split shrimp down the back and spread apart butterfly fashion. Combine crab meat, bread cubes, mayonniase, pepper sauce, worectershire, mustard and salt. Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons melted butter until soft and add to crab meat mixture. Stuff shrimp with crab mixture. Place shrimp tail side up on greased shallow baking dish. Brush with remaining butter and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
