Ingredients
1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp (larger ones, 12-15 count)
1 pound crab meat
2 slices fresh bread, crust removed, cubed
2 tablespoons mayo
1/2 teaspoon pepper sauce
1 teaspoon worestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 smaoll onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup melted butter ro margarine
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Shell uncooked shrimp, leaving tails on. Split shrimp down the back and spread apart butterfly fashion.
Combine crab meat, bread cubes, mayo, pepper sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt.
Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespooons melted butter until soft and add to crab mixture.
Stuff shrimp with crab mixture.
Place shrimp tail side up on greased shallow baking dish. Brush with remaining butter and bake about 15-20 minutes or until browned
