Ingredients
4 tomatoes
1 ts salt or to taste
1/2 ts pepper or to taste
1/4 lb Fontina cheese
2 Tbs bread crumbs
2 Tbs parsley, chopped
2 Tbs basil, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
4 Tbs olive oil
Preparation
Wash tomatoes and cut the top; empty them with a spoon. Sprinkle the inside with salt and turn them over. meanwhile mix cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, basil, garlic and pepper. Place the tomatoes on a baking dish previously oiled. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
