Ingredients
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 c brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
butter
salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400. Drain sweet potatoes, reserving 1/4 c liquid. Place potatoes and reserved liquid in casserole. Cut potatoes into chunks. Cover generously with brown sugar. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Bake 45 minutes.
