1 T. Green Olives w/ Pimento

1/2 Roma Tomato, chopped

1 T. Red Onion

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

1/2 Jalapeno

Squeezed Lime Juice

Cilantro

Tilapia

Preparation

Place chopped vegetables and herbs over Tilapia. Bake @ 450 for 10-15 minutes.
