Ingredients

1 lb tilapia fillet

1 1/2 cups sliced olives (mixed)

1/2 container cherry tomatoes

1 1/2-2 cups newman’s own fire roasted tomato & garlic pasta sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups brown or white rice, cooked

Preparation

Cut the fillet into four pieces and place on baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Toss sliced olives and rinsed cherry tomatoes on and around the fish. Pour pasta sauce on and around the fish (not too much). Add salt and pepper. Bake at 375F for about 15-20 min or whenever the fish is done. Serve on bed of brown or white rice
