Ingredients
2 pounds tilapia fillets
1 1/2 cups sliced olives (mixed)
1/2 container cherry (or grape) tomatoes
1 1/2 - 2 cups Newman’s Own Fire Roasted Tomato
& Garlic Pasta Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups brown or white rice, cooked
Preparation
Place the fish on baking sheet lined with foil. Toss the sliced olives and cherry tomatoes on and around the fish. Pour the sauce on and around the fish (not too much). Bake at 375 for about 15 - 20 minutes until fish is done. Serve on bed of rice.
