Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
3-4 large carrots, peeled, cut- 1/4" slices
fresh green beans, cut off ends - halved
or 2 cans of french style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C. Panko Italian Style bread crumbs
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper
1/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 T. butter
Preparation
Cut up into florets cauliflower and broccoli. Cut carrots into small sliced. Cut ends off beans and cut in half. In a buttered casserole place cream of mushroom soup. In circles place beans around the edge, next cauliflower, then broccoli and in the center place carrots. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Place mushrooms and bread crumbs on top. Put into 350 degree oven and bake for 30 min. or until hot and tender. Place sliced mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with onions.
