Ingredients

16 oz pkg ziti, uncooked

28 oz jar spaghetti sauce, divided

1 3/4 cups (15 oz) ricotta cheese

8 oz shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes

1 egg

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain. In large bowl, stir together half spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In 13 x 9 x 2 Pam, spoon pasta mixture, top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake 30 mins.
