Ingredients

1 C Rumsford Baking Powder

1 C wheat germ

1/2 C Splenda

1 T Cream of Tartar

2 T salt

3 C King Arthur Wh Wh White

3 C K A Whole Wheat

1 C Flax Seed meal

Preparation

Stir all items except flour together, and then using wire whisk blend in flour. Store in fridge.

PANCAKES: 1 egg 1 C milk 1 T oil 2 C baking mix (Optional: blueberries, apples and chopped nuts.)
