Ingredients

2 cup(s) all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp table salt

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 cup(s) low fat margarine

2/3 cup(s) skim milk

1/4 cup(s) Splenda Sugar Substitute

Preparation

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  2. Cut in margarine to form small pebbles.
  3. Add milk all at once and stir to mix until the batter is just moistened. Do not over-mix.
  4. Drop on greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 400°F for around 12 minutes.
