Ingredients
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp table salt
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup(s) low fat margarine
2/3 cup(s) skim milk
1/4 cup(s) Splenda Sugar Substitute
Preparation
- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- Cut in margarine to form small pebbles.
- Add milk all at once and stir to mix until the batter is just moistened. Do not over-mix.
- Drop on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 400°F for around 12 minutes.
