Ingredients

3 oz whole wheat rotini

3 oz boneless chicken breast

2 tsp olive oil

1 cub chopped broccoli

1/4 cup sliced onion

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

1/4 tsp chopped garlic

Preparation

Cook 3 oz whole-wheat rotini as directed on package. In a medium pan over medium-high heat, saute 3 oz sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast in 2 tsp olive oil with 1 cup chopped broccoli and 1/4 cup sliced onion, 3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and a dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper; saute until onion is golden and chicken is cooked through, 2 minutes. Stir in pasta and 1/4 tsp chopped garlic; cook 1 minute.
