Ingredients

1-2 C. Greens

1 C. Baby spinach

1 C. Broccoli Flowerettes

1 C. Cauliflower

1/2 C. Celery

1/2 C. Carrots

1/2 C. Green pepper

1/2 C. Geen onion

1/4 C. Garlic

1/2 C. Green olives

1 C. Croutons (any flavor)

Dressing:

1/2 C. Balsamic vinegar

1/4 C. cold water

1/4 C white vinegar

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon sugar

dash of oregano

dash of parsley

dash of salt

1 teaspoone garlic

Preparation

Cut up all vegetable ingredients and toss. Prepare dressing adding the ingredients in order listed in a cruet, shake and drizzle on salad.
