Ingredients
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and cracked black pepper
Preparation
Bring balsamic vinegar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce by 1/2. Temper in the mustard. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
