Ingredients
4 oz mushrooms, gormet blend (baby bella, cremini, shitake)
1 stick butter, softened
3 T worcestershire sauce
1/4 c aged balsamic vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation
Heat 3 T of butter in sauté pan. Add mushrooms. Cook untill tender without stirring. Add salt and pepper. Stir for one minute. Add balsamic vinegar. Stir untill reduced. Add remaining butter and worcestershire. Stir for a few minutes. Serve over or along side steak.
