Ingredients
1 Quart Fresh Strawberries, sliced
3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Splenda
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Salad Greens(I use green leaf and Boston)
sliced sweet onion (Vidalia, 1015 or Walla Walla)
Preparation
Mix strawberries, vinegar and Splenda. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Place salad greens and a couple of onion rings on each of four salad plates. Divide strawberry mixture between the plates. Top with freshly ground black pepper.
