Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3T Dijon mustard
3T honey
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 small shallots, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup olive oil
Preparation
Whisk together first 7 ingredients until blended. Gradually add olive oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until blended. Keeps in refrigerator for a week or so.
