Ingredients

3/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 T dijon mustard

1 1/2 T chopped basil

1 T. chopped flat-leaf parsley

1 1/2 teaspoon mild honey

1/4 tea chopped chives

1/4 tea chopped shallots

1/4 tes minced garlic

1/8 tea. hot sauce

1 cup canola oil

Preparation

pulsa all ingredients, except oil, with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and peper in a food processor until combined. With motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined season with salt and transfer to an airtight container. CHill, covered until ready to use up to 2 weeks
