Ingredients
3 cups Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbs spicy smooth Dijon
2 Tbs Honey
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced or pressed
1 Tbs dried thyme
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Put all ingredients except olive oil in blender or food processor and blend on high until well combined. While blending, SLOWLY add olive oil (This will keep the oil from separating).
Great for salad dressing or to brush on chicken or fish before grilling or broiling.
