Ingredients
2 oz. extra virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Mustard, preferably Dijonne
2 cloves garlic crushed in a garlic press
ground pepper to taste
3/4 inch piece of peeled ginger, minced very fine
Preparation
Whisk everything together (hardly enough for a blender) until all ingredients are blended fairly well. Pour over your salad and enjoy.
