Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cups butter (1.5 sticks)

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)

1 egg

2 cups choc chips

Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.

Beat in bananas and egg.

Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread into greased 15 x 10 jelly roll pan.

bake in preheated 350* oven for 20-30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into bars.
