Ingredients

3 very ripe bananas

1/4 c softened light butter

1 c white sugar

1/4 c skim milk

sprinkle of cinnamon

2 c flour

1/2 tspn salt

2 large egg whites

1/4 c low fat sour cream

1 tspn baking soda

1 tspn vanilla

chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar and butter in bowl; beat with mixer at medium speed until well blended. Add broken up banana and smah gently, Add milk, sour cream and egg whites and beat again. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in buttered loaf pan about 70 minutes if using a 9 inch loaf pan or 45 minutes if using 4 mini loaf pans.
