Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3 ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
several pecan halves for tops of loaf as you bake it
Preparation
Preheat oven 350 grease and flour loaf pans (makes one large or two smaller)
Add baking soda to flour
Mix butter and sugar until smooth Add flour mixture and mix until blended-Do not over mix fold in bananas and nuts pour into pan(s) cook about 60 minutes-Shorter if using small pans (45 minutes?) check using a toothpick
