1/4 cup sugar
bread mix
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup self riseing flour
1 cup all purpous flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large room temp eggs
3 ripe bananas
Preparation
preheat oven to 350 mix flour, sugar, spices, baking powder in med size bowl add the butter with electric mixer. mix in vanilla. add eggs 1 at a time mixing well. puree bananas then add to rest of mix pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan sprinkle topping mix on top bake for 50-55 min
