Ingredients
3-4 ripe bananas
2/3 cup melted margarine
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot tap water
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Blend bananas, margarine, and sugar until smooth as possible. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
