Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the bananas, shortening, sugar and eggs. Once smooth, add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a 9x5x3 pan. Bake 45-50 minutes.
