Ingredients
3/4 cup Sugar
1 stick Butter
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1.5 cup Flour
3 medium Bananas
3 tablespoons Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
a pinch of salt
Chocolate Chips- as many as your heart desires.
Preparation
mix the sugar and butter in a bowl. add the eggs adn beat until smooth. in a seperate bowl, mix teh flour, baking soda, adn salt. add it to the first bowl. in the empty bowl (you can dirty another if u wish, but i dont like dishes) mix teh bananas, sour cream and vanilla. beat with an electric hand blender. add to the rest of the ingredience. mix until smooth with electric blender. add chocolate chips.
bake at 350 for 30-45 min. check occationally. its done when golden brown on top adn passes the toothpick test (poke it with a tooth pick in the middle and if it comes out clean, its done) ice if you want, or enjoy plane.
