Ingredients

11/2 Cup Flour ( I took 1 cup All purpose and 1/2 cup wheat flour)

1 cup sugar

3 Ripe bananas

1 tsp. baking soda

1/3 cup butter

1/2 tsp. cardamom powder

1 tsp (French) vanilla essence

Pinch salt

2 tbsp Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mash the bananas. Melt the butter. With a wooden spatula, mix the melted butter in the mashed bananas. Add the sugar,v.essence, milk, baking soda and mix well. Last, add the flour- mix. Pour into a greased baking loaf pan. Bake for about 45- 50 mins. Check if baked by inserting a toothpick / knife, if it comes out clean, the bread is baked.
